Michaels’s goal is that each client leaves their Personal Training session feeling strong, positive and energised. He has a wealth of Personal Training experience, and his clients have come to expect a fully optimised, dynamic programme tailored specifically to their requirements.
In addition he is a keen sportsman and has a multitude of experience in the competitive sports arena, including long distance running, Muay Thai kickboxing and boxing. He specialises in Functional Training, Strength & Conditioning and Fat Loss/Body Toning. If you attend Michael's classes you can expect a high standard and very technical experience.
