  • Sarah Halkon - Sports Massage Therapy

    Sarah Halkon graduated with a 1st Class Honours in Sports Therapy, and is an experienced Sports Massage Therapist, with more than eight years’ experience working with elite athletes across different sporting sectors as well as post op patients.

    Sarah became a qualified Level 4 Sports Therapist in 2015, after deciding she wanted to offer her Personal Training clients a more complete service allowing them to perform at an optimum level.

    To further enhance her skills and evidence-based approach to training she has decided to study an accredited degree in sports therapy.

    In her youth Sarah was part of the Great British Judo Squad and is former Miss Britain Trained Figure Bodybuilding Champion. This background along with over 10 year working as a successful personal trainer has enabled her to develop a strong understanding of the mechanisms of the human body and patterns of pain allowing her to relieve a person’s muscular discomfort effectively as well as correcting posture and movement patters of her clients to limit re-occurring injury.

    Sarah tailors each clients treatment to fit their specific needs with various techniques and has a developed a knack of quickly locating and treating each clients musculoskeletal issues.

    Sports massage is also beneficial in increasing joint range of movement, flexibility, circulation, lymphatic function and decrease neurological excitability. Whether you are looking to help alleviate a long-term injury or just want to promote a sense of well-being then Sarah can help you.

    With a Master’s degree in Sports Therapy and Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy Jonata embarked on a remarkable career focused on aiding martial artists. Having worked with athletes in four countries—Denmark, Lithuania, Indonesia, and the United Kingdom—Jonata's expertise is globally recognized.

    Jonata's experience of 9 years in working with martial artists and diverse clients ensures you're in good hands. Jonata has worked with fighters from prestigious championships such as UFC, PFL Europe, Bellator MMA, Glory Kickboxing, ONE Pride MMA, Invicta, Cage Warriors, Oktagon, and many more.
